It is processed in strips of 3/8 x 3/8 x 3 inches, as well as 1/2 x 1/2 x 3 inches. Bulk tanned in brine. Drained mass per barrel 264 lbs.
Pepperoncinis
It is packaged in two presentations, the small-sized product is handled whole and tanned in brine. For the large Chile, it is handled whole, stripped, or sliced, depending on the client. 264 pounds of drained dough per barrel.
Pickles
It is packaged in bulk, tanned in brine, with the presentation of slices, julienne cut and whole. It is packaged according to customer specifications.
